ANNUAL SUMMER WORKSHOP

In June 2006 we offered our first New York City Summer Workshop, which provided an introduction to our movement approach and creative process. Working as a choreographer for the past thirteen years with a dedicated group of dancers, we continue to offer Workshops as a movement laboratory within the dance community.

Each time the Company and I create a piece, I learn about myself and the people collaborating with me. I try to uncover something about human nature that can resonate with our audience. I will continue to explore some of our investigations with students interested in delving into the body and emotions that reside within movement. I look forward to our Summer Workshop 2009 where the Company and I will enter the work through our different experiences and vantage points, in hopes of finding a rich language and meaningful journey.
